FERPA and Parent Access to Student Records
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a federal law governing the access to, and privacy of, educational records. Student consent must be provided to allow specified family members to have authorized access to academic, student accounts, financial aid and/or conduct records.
